What is Camp NaNo?

Person Writing on White Paper
Camp NaNo is like an extension of NaNoWriMo. It takes place during the months of April and July, spanning the whole month, like NaNoWriMo does. They key difference between NaNoWriMo and Camp NaNo, however, is in the wordcount goal.

NaNoWriMo has a set goal of 50,000 words every year, resulting in a daily goal of 1,667. Camp NaNo, on the other hand, leaves you free to choose your goal to suit your needs and desires. A goal can be very small, or very big. You also have the freedom to work on any project you want as long as there is writing involved. It allows for a more relaxed writing session and flexibility.
